Hermitcraft season 7 episode 54, we are back on Hermitcraft 7 for an awesome episode with the Hermits! We start at Mumbo's old Hermitcraft base and talk about the philosophy behind the base design and what I want to do to it. I sell land to X in Aqua town for a new shop and have a fun time with him and Bdubs. We build a new secret base in Keralis base as the sewer cats. Scar,you have mess up selling plots of land in aque town soo..here is a friendly tip if you was selling land start from a high prize .like what you do but you have mess up better if double the prize first, soo.. with that costomer/s will start to bid lower then if you are going near to targeted prize you must finish the deal. by talking to him that it was the lowest prize possible say things that will improve the value of the land 'sweet phrase' is necessary to make your realty shop bloom I'm not saying that you was wrong but you mess the thing up cause you say ok in a low prize, just friendly tip thanks
